SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States only. Blank ammunition ships as a DOT-regulated "Limited Quantity" hazardous material (49 CFR §172), which comes with the carrier restrictions described below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment.
Shipping Carriers & Method
Ammunition ships via UPS Ground only, under the Limited Quantity (LTD QTY) exception for small-arms cartridges. Air and international shipment are not available for hazmat-classified products.
Shipping is calculated based on the number of boxes in your order and shown at checkout before you pay.
Restricted Destinations
We do NOT ship to the following states/territories:
Alaska, Hawaii, and the listed U.S. territories are excluded because UPS's Ground Limited Quantity exception for ammunition only covers the 48 contiguous states (plus shipments within Alaska or within Oahu) — it's a carrier limitation, not a choice on our part. The remaining states are excluded due to state or local law restricting ammunition shipments to those addresses.
Check your state and local laws. If in doubt, contact us before ordering. Orders placed to a restricted destination will be canceled and refunded.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
